Experience testing applications involving disputes, transactional processing, credit cards, deposits
Leads and coordinates testing activities, serving as primary point of contact with full accountability
Designs, develops, and executes complex test cases; writes user stories and SQL queries
Manages test environments, resources, defects, metrics, and escalations through resolution
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve quality, and support high-risk system
Provides testing metrics, status reporting, and advanced testing expertise
4 years of proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios, document defects, prepare test evidence, and communicate testing outcomes to cross functional stakeholders including product risk, analytics, and leadership teams
SQL to validate source- to target data mappings, test business rules , identify data inconsistencies and support UAT and audit requirements across multiple platforms
