Sales & Lead Generation Manager (with GoHighLevel Experience)
Momentum Digital is a fast-growing Google Partner agency looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Manager with GoHighLevel experience. This role involves owning revenue growth and marketing automation, focusing on sales development, lead generation, and client account management.

Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with new leads via cold outreach, networking, social, and inbound channels
Run discovery calls, sales presentations, and close new business
Upsell existing clients and help grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
Track pipeline, deals, and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel
Launch and optimize lead-generation funnels
Build landing pages, forms, and booking flows
Support paid ad and organic campaigns with optimized conversion paths
Manage inbound and outbound lead generation techniques
Setup and manage our GHL platform for lead generation
Build and manage GHL workflows, pipelines, and automations
Create triggers and sequences for lead capture, nurturing, booking, and follow-ups
Maintain clean CRM data, tagging, segmentation, and attribution
Build email and SMS campaigns that improve conversion rates
Serve as account manager for select clients
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Work with team members as a manager and leader
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and workflows
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and new marketing tactics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in digital marketing and sales
2+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (required)
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and lead generation
Confident running calls, demos, and closing deals
Experience with CRMs, automations, and integrations
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
