Responsibilities
Orchestrate Platforms: Configure and optimize Netcool, Moogsoft, or BigPanda
Engineer Dashboards: Create high-level operational views to monitor real-time system health
Drive Intelligence: Implement event deduplication, noise reduction, and complex correlation logic
Advance AIOps: Bridge the gap to predictive operations using tools like Watson AIOps
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Netcool, Moogsoft, or BigPanda
Strong knowledge of ingestion, enrichment, and alerting workflows
Proven ability to build dashboards for NOC/SOC environments
Preferred
Experience with Watson AIOps or ServiceNow integration
Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or JS)
Knowledge of Observability (Metrics, Logs, Traces)
