Electrical Engineer
Schaeffler is a global automotive and industrial supplier, and they are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support RandD activities. The role involves developing E/E requirements, collaborating with development partners, and applying E/E development processes.

Responsibilities
Apply engineering knowledge in a specific discipline in order to provide adequate support for RandD activities
Contribute to the development and management of E/E (Electrics and Electronics) requirements based on the system requirements and domain standards (e.g. E/E design library)
Contribute to the development of a standard technical E/E solution which meets the requirements and complies with the state-of-the-art based on domain standards (incl. analyses, evaluation and mitigation of design risks)
Coordinate the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners for E/E-elements (e.g. sub-systems, components, microcontrollers), with production (e.g. PCB layout or producibility aspects), with customers regarding E/E-aspects, with verification and validation for E/E or with other relevant functions
Apply provided E/E development processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: electrical/electronics/mechatronics
3 to 5 years experience working on actuators, controllers, chassis systems or similar products in the automotive industry
Strong analytical skills
Experience working in a global team environment
Project management skills
Excellent English language/communication skills
Experience with new and emerging technologies
