Responsibilities
Design and Implement the MBR Framework: Architect and deploy a scalable Monthly Business Review (MBR) structure that serves as a foundational asset for client migration
Develop Dependency Management Infrastructure: Build systems and tools to track and manage interdependencies across initiatives, clients, and workstreams, enabling the adoption of the new FOS Client Management platform and DAVCO transformation
Engineer Process Optimization Capabilities: Create and implement strategic enhancements to delivery platforms and workflows FOS Implementation and DAVCO initiative
Establish Governance Mechanisms for Transformation: Develop and embed accountability frameworks to ensure consistent velocity and execution discipline across teams for client system retirement and / or replacement
Develop Executive Interface Assets: Create reusable dashboards and translation models that convert technical and operational data into strategic insights for stakeholders
Formalize Business Process Documentation: Develop structured documentation for key business processes in the migrations / transformations including producing diagrams, swim lanes, and summary slides
Engineer Process Optimization: Design and deliver strategic recommendations for client implementation and replacement that reduce manual effort and duplication, contributing to long-term operational efficiency
Develop Training and Communication Materials: Build strategic communication and training assets to support enterprise-wide adoption of new devices and processes
