Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR contact for non-exempt production employees, Supervisors, and Managers, ensuring an engaged and productive workforce
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support performance management initiatives, including coaching supervisors on feedback delivery and employee development
Drive engagement and retention strategies tailored to the needs of a manufacturing workforce
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including ADA, FLSA, and EEO regulations
Provide feedback and analysis to drive HR process and practice improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
2-3 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and labor regulations
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work 80% onsite, including some evening hours
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
