Responsibilities

Shape firmwide strategy: Partner with the co-CEOs and leadership team to drive our long-term agenda (market positioning, platform architecture, growth opportunities)
Drive leadership alignment: Run offsites, strategic reviews, and portfolio planning sessions that create clarity and direction
Architect the operating system: Build the core execution mechanisms—dashboards, operating reviews, resource allocation, and capital deployment
Lead industry thesis development: Create original investment theses and surface new sectors aligned with our model
Execute special opportunity investments: Lead sourcing, diligence, and execution for select “new frontier” investments outside existing platforms
Partner on capital events: Support platform exits, structured financings, and equity raises requiring strong strategic and operational judgment
Own mission-critical initiatives: Execute high-leverage projects with the co-CEOs/COO (firm-building, tech enablement, portfolio optimization, new platform launches)
Institutionalize the playbook: Capture portfolio learnings into durable systems, culture, and intellectual capital—enabling scale without bureaucracy

Required

Prior private equity investing experience required
Strong ethos alignment
Operating or entrepreneurship experience ideal

Preferred

Starting your career in investment banking or management consulting prior is preferred
