Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for day-to-day Human Resources operations
Enter, update, and audit employee data within HR systems
Respond to routine employee questions related to benefits and HR processes
Assist with recruiting, including posting job ads and coordinating interview logistics
Support onboarding activities and assist with employee lifecycle administration
Compile workforce data into reports, metrics, and dashboards for internal use
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of Human Resources administrative experience
Experienced in working with HR systems and maintaining accurate records
Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive employee information
Flexible and adaptable as business needs and deadlines evolve
Able to work onsite four to five days per week
