In this role, you will handle viewer inquiries via phone and chat, providing exceptional customer support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assist viewers via phone and chat with:
Account and billing questions
Basic troubleshooting and streaming issues
Content inquiries
Navigation of apps and websites
Recommend appropriate streaming products during each interaction
Navigate multiple systems and tools
Document all viewer interactions accurately
Maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment (50–70 contacts per day)
Adapt to changing priorities and product updates
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required; must be provided for onboarding)
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Preference for call center experience
Must pass a Call Center Telephone Skills assessment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Windows OS, Google Docs, MS Word & Excel
Fast typing and excellent computer navigation skills
Familiarity with streaming platforms and devices
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible schedules
Comfortable working holidays, weekends, and during major televised events
Attendance is critical — no schedule changes or planned PTO during the contract period
