Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Provide comprehensive information on products and services
Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts
Advise members on additional products and services suitable for their needs
Ensure optimal member experience through active listening and engagement
Adapt to multiple systems within a structured contact center environment
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience
Proficiency in data entry
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to work in a high-volume, structured call center environment
Strong policy compliance skills
Preferred
Experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environment is advantageous
