Responsibilities
Define and manage governance forums and executive reporting processes to monitor project progress, buy out of projects, risks, mitigations, and critical trade-offs for leadership decision-making
Establish and oversee performance reporting for the contractor landscape and cost savings, enabling pressure-testing for improvements
Coordinate funding requests for executive approval
Advocate strategic, cross-functional programs, process improvements, managing dependencies and influencing partners to break down silos and enable faster project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program management or project controls within the data center or construction industry
5 years of experience leading and developing PMO teams or equivalent functions focused on process improvement and governance
Preferred
5 years of experience in data center construction, heavy industrial project delivery, or hyperscale infrastructure programs
