New Grad, Entry LevelHurricane Ventures is seeking an Accounting Support Admin to assist in day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records. This role involves collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and supporting financial analysis and reporting efforts as needed.

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation
Maintain organized and accurate AP/AR financial records
Support financial analysis and reporting efforts as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Follow established procedures and instructions
Qualification
Required
Experience with blanket purchase orders and reordering raw goods
Familiar with cost accounting and analysis
QuickBooks + Shopify experience is a must; Spreetail and Hubspot experience is a bonus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data reporting
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
