Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements
Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results
Work closely with scheduling and sales teams
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Qualification
Required
At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance, call center role
Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
Ability to type 30 WPM or more
Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!
Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
Active listening skills and ability to build rapport
Outgoing personality, assertive and professional
Attention to detail
High School Diploma or Equivalent
