Responsibilities

Handle, cut, and bond a variety of composite fabrics and raw composite materials
Manufacture composite laminates, sandwich panels, and tubes of varying sizes and thicknesses
Operate a wide range of hand tools and precision tools to meet production requirements
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure components meet required tolerances
Support and explore new manufacturing processes for future composite projects
Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic composite manufacturing environment

Required

Composite Certification and/or 3+ years of composite experience
Demonstrate Mechanical aptitude
Attention to Detail
Able to work in a team environment

Wide range of composite experience
Familiar with 3D CAD Software
Understanding of engineer drawings (GD&T)
Experienced with drilling, sanding, and cutting composite products
Familiar with precision tools, hand tools, and power tools
Motivated self-starter and willing to learn and develop
