Responsibilities
Lead and produce detailed construction drawings and Revit models for complex architectural projects
Coordinate with project managers to delegate and oversee team tasks efficiently
Manage documentation and coordination across multiple projects and disciplines
Review and enforce quality control for drawings and specifications
Communicate directly with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues
Ensure compliance with NYC Building Codes and zoning regulations
Participate in site visits, construction administration, and project close-out phase
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on Revit-based construction documentation
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, and NYC codes
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent projects independently
