Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning across corporate and project-level operations
Oversee project budgeting processes in collaboration with project development, construction, and operations teams
Own the development and automation of FP&A systems, dashboards, and financial tools to enhance data visibility and decision-making
Lead company-wide cash flow forecasting and cash management strategy
Coordinate and prepare materials for monthly management reporting, board meetings, and investor updates
Design and build financial models that drive insights into operating performance, capital deployment, and ROI
Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Development, and Asset Management) to ensure accuracy and efficiency of financial data
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, including reporting timelines, variance analysis, and project cost tracking
Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO on financial performance, risk management, and capital strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally within a project-based industry (renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, or construction)
Demonstrated leadership in FP&A systems implementation and dashboard creation
Proven track record of managing cash flow, budget-to-actual reporting, and cross-functional financial support
Excellent modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large data sets
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
