Responsibilities

Develop OOH media strategies that service small business owner clients, understanding their products, competitors, target audiences, and growth goals
Issue, manage and facilitate request for proposals to OOH Vendors
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with OOH vendors to secure premium inventory and favorable pricing
Select and recommend specific OOH assets (static and digital) including but not limited to billboards, transit shelter/station ads, digital boards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, account services, finance) to ensure successful campaign execution and financial stewardship
Coordinate with operations/vendor teams to ensure ads are posted on schedule, correctly installed, and meet quality standards
Manage Proof of Performance (POP) documentation, ensuring that post-buy verification is collected, reconciled, and reported
Place, traffic, and bill radio and other media campaigns
Craft client communication and identify new opportunities for client success. Attend client meetings, owning all details and information on offline/OOH offering
Deliver insightful campaign analysis and reporting that drives client success and informs continuous optimization across media channels
Communicate performance nuances, optimizations, and expert insights to internal teams and clients
Analyze campaign data to determine the impact of media results and assist in developing cross-channel optimization action plans to drive business results
Provide administrative oversight and project management to ensure each client progresses efficiently through the process, coordinating seamlessly with OOH vendors, internal stakeholders, and the client
Assign tasks to team members and monitor efficiency
Independently identify and solution for potential challenges with securing client inventory within pre-existing timeline expectations
Continuously expand expertise in OOH media by staying updated on the latest OOH tactics, placements, applications, and strategies
Regularly share new knowledge to elevate team and client experience
Help establish channel best practices, partner offerings and effective application in media mix
Create written communications such as POVs, case studies, white papers, and blog posts
Educate clients, internal team members, and senior leaders, as appropriate on offline media best practices and emerging trends to help them understand the value of the services provided
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support the overall success of the team and organization

Required

Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-6 years managing and executing direct media buys, preferably in an agency setting
Expert in Excel and data management, with strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven recommendations and optimizations
Proactive and curious attitude with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and leveraging new technologies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
