Social Media and Content Coordinator
Charter Oak Landscape Development is a design-build landscape firm based in Visalia, California, serving residential clients throughout the Central Valley. They are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to manage social media activity, create visual content, and support marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and maintain all social media accounts
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
Maintain a consistent posting cadence and visual quality
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Track engagement and basic performance metrics
Capture ongoing photo and video content, including project progress, details, and before/during/after visuals
Travel to active job sites weekly to capture content
Create short-form photo and video content for posts, stories, and reels
Design social media graphics and assets using Canva
Package raw content into polished, reusable marketing assets
Support brand consistency across all content and communications
Maintain social and content calendars
Assist with marketing launches and execution as directed
Organize, label, and archive photo and video assets
Qualification
Required
Strong visual eye and comfort creating photo and short-form video content
Proven experience using Canva for content creation
Ability to travel regularly to active job sites
Organized, reliable, and proactive work style
Basic video editing experience
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
Preferred
Background in marketing, design, or content creation
Experience managing social media for a business or brand
Hands-on experience capturing real-world projects (construction, design, or lifestyle brands a plus)
