The roles will focus on maintaining and advancing oncology and research-related Epic functionality during a period of high demand and multiple upcoming Epic upgrades.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain Epic Beacon protocols and therapy plans
Utilize Epic Roundtable for protocol management – this is new and is not required – they can teach it
Support infusion scheduling, including expansion into non-oncology areas
Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate treatment workflows
Provide support during Epic upgrades, including the Nov and Feb upgrades coming in May
Troubleshoot issues related to Beacon workflows and treatment plans
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Epic build experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Build and maintain Epic Beacon protocols and therapy plans
Utilize Epic Roundtable for protocol management
Support infusion scheduling, including expansion into non-oncology areas
Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate treatment workflows
Provide support during Epic upgrades
Troubleshoot issues related to Beacon workflows and treatment plans
Epic certified
