Educate clients on precious metals investments options and market trends
Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance
Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Work closely with internal teams to manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, investments, or precious metals
Strong knowledge of gold, silver and other precious metals markets
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Outlook
Integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues
Willingness to stay informed about market trends and industry developments
