Select Source International is seeking a high-impact Internal Communications Specialist to support their Operational Excellence + AI organization. The role focuses on shaping the narrative of transformation across the enterprise through innovative storytelling and internal campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and publish compelling internal content across platforms including SPICE+, Viva Engage, SharePoint, and related internal channels

Create strategic storytelling campaigns to highlight kaizens, workshops, innovation initiatives, and transformation success stories

Plan, promote, and support internal events, driving strong engagement and post-event visibility

Translate results into executive-ready communications, showcasing measurable outcomes every six weeks for leadership and enterprise audiences

Produce PowerPoint presentations and visual communications aligned with internal branding standards

Partner with Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure messaging is professional, timely, and strategically aligned

Required

Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, executive-level internal stories

Proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to final delivery

Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills within corporate brand guidelines

Experience supporting and promoting internal events

Highly professional presence, comfortable reporting into and collaborating with senior leadership

Portfolio or work samples required as part of the interview process
