Responsibilities
GenAI – Design, develop, and implement Generative AI features utilizing the latest and proven frameworks and working with proven LLMs
IDP – Design, develop, and implement Intelligent Document Processing features while leveraging the best Computer Vision/OCR frameworks
NLP/NLU – Design, develop, and implement features leveraging NLP and NLU
ML Models – Develop diagnostic and predictive models based on large data sets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Research to stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services
Optimize existing generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency
Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and presentations, to communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI, LLM, NLP and ML libraries
5+ years' hands-on experience and proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools
Hands-on experience in OCR and Intelligent Document Processing tools
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Experience with cloud-based platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
Familiar with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Plotly
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
