Responsibilities
Build and maintain customer-facing web applications using React and TypeScript
Develop and support backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js
Work with relational databases and SQL for core application workflows
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing to translate business needs into working software
Own features end-to-end, from design and implementation through deployment and iteration
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform
Participate in code reviews and contribute to strong engineering standards
Help identify and mitigate technical risks, including security and data protection concerns
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React in production environments
Hands-on experience building backend services with Node.js
Working knowledge of SQL and relational data models
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
Comfort working in cloud-based environments
Strong product instincts and ability to understand business context
Clear communicator who collaborates well in cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience working in early-stage or growth-stage product companies
Prior exposure to data-heavy or workflow-driven applications
AWS experience beyond basic deployments
