Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with dealers and internal teams to support performance initiatives
Maintain and update CRM systems; ensure accurate tracking of dealer interactions and performance
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal team members and dealer partners
Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and workflows
In office 5 days a week
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Retail Sales with an understanding of store operations
Excellent Organization Skills for managing tasks and priorities effectively
Proven ability to provide Training and contribute to professional development
Proficiency in analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting insights
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
