INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong General Ledger and month-end close experience, responsible for preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Maintain and monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and related entries

Review AP/AR transactions for accuracy and proper coding

Assist with invoice processing, payment runs, and aging reviews as needed

Support cash application and reconciliation of customer payments

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations

Analyze account activity to identify trends, errors, or unusual items

Required
