Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery, developing integrated project plans that clearly define scope milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and outcomes in alignment with the program management framework
Proactively manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams, ensuring transparent communication, and timely resolution of concerns to drive project success
Lead structured discovery and analysis sessions with subject matter experts to define project scope, success criteria and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions to identify and plan project requirements; conduct analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment, document and manage requirements throughout the life of the project and coordinate the verification of the end deliverable
Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate and driving mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines, budget and quality
Produce clear, executive-ready status reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight project progress, risks, financials, and decisions required, enabling effective governance and timely course correction
Embed continuous improvement in own area of work by introducing efficiencies, and leveraging tools to improve speed, quality, and agility
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resourcing plans, tracking spend against the plan and providing clear variance analysis and recommendations at governance checkpoints
Lead change management and adoption to ensure solutions are understood, adopted, and embedded into business as usual through effective communication, training and documentation. Capture lessons learned to continuously improve future delivery
Continuously develop professional capabilities through training, accreditation, and coaching. Maintain up to date knowledge of technology trends and industry best practices
Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management

Required

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field required
5+ years managing IT or technology-driven products
Proficient with JIRA & Monday.com
Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready reporting and presentations
Exemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlines
Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings and events, vendor visits)
Must comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Lovesac Employee Handbook and work collaboratively with fellow employees, treating all clients, both internal and external with dignity and respect at all times

Preferred

PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
