Lead the continuous improvement of customer service processes
Manage and train the Customer Service team
Build, manage, and grow customer relationships
Communicate with customers to ensure orders are entered accurately
Maintains customer records and special pricing agreements
Monitor team activity and error rates to identify training and performance issues
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and accounting teams
Act as a SME on terms and conditions of customer purchase orders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager in a manufacturing setting required
