GenAI & AI Engineering
Experience working with LLMs
Familiarity with LLM tool‑invocation patterns
Hands-on prompt engineering and iterative prompt tuning
Ability to translate AI/ML needs into clear tool definitions
5+ years of strong software development experience in Python
Strong skills in REST API design and implementation using python
Deep experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway (or Lambda Function URLs), DynamoDB/S3, and IAM
Familiarity with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar cloud GenAI platforms
Infrastructure as Code Expert in SAM template AWS CDK or CloudFormation for defining and deploying AWS infrastructure
Container Kubernetes Handson with Docker and EKS or ECS comfortable with Helm K8s manifests and cluster autoscaling
Strong understanding of VPC networking Private Link security groups WAF Secrets Manager and implementing least privilege IAM policies
Experience with CloudWatch logs dashboards alarms Kibana or opensource tooling Prometheus Grafana
Proficient setting up pipelines GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or AWS CodePipeline for automated testing and deployments
Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol spec or experience with Bedrock Agents or Lang Chain is a plus
Experience working with Amazon Bedrock finetuning or deploying custom LLMs
Familiarity with advanced AWS AI services Open search Sage maker Kendra
Background in building event driven architectures using Event Bridge SNSSQS
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks GDPR HIPAA and implementing compliant data flows
Exposure to service mesh AWS App Mesh Istio or serverless container frameworks Fargate
Prior role in a multi account AWS Organization with cross account IAM and billing structures
Excellent communicator comfortable bridging technical teams AI Infra Security
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality able to drive complex features end-to-end
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot distributed event driven systems
Able to mentor junior engineers and evangelize best practices for secure scalable MCP deployments
