Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration
Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Contribute to product roadmaps, balancing short-term improvements with long-term priorities
Support testing, rollout, change management, and user adoption
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard work
Define and track KPIs related to adoption, efficiency, and user experience
Use data, analytics, and feedback to guide prioritization and iteration
Report on performance, outcomes, and ROI
Partner with the Operational Excellence (Continuous Improvement) team to drive structured problem-solving and process optimization
Collaborate with business and technical partners to align scope, timelines, and expectations
Facilitate discussions that balance user needs, feasibility, and business value
Communicate product plans, decisions, and results clearly and consistently
Work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
2 + years of experience in product or related roles in an agile environment
Strong ability to translate business and technical needs into structured documentation
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented problem solver
Experience defining metrics and evaluating product outcomes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Jira, or Smartsheet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar
Experience supporting multi-stakeholder initiatives or system implementations
Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
