Serve as a trusted advisor, offering comprehensive financial solutions
Collaborate with retail, mortgage, and treasury management teams to cross-sell bank products
Provide exceptional service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or banking
Strong knowledge of commercial loan products, SBA programs, and real estate financing
Proven track record of business development and portfolio growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
High level of integrity, judgment, and ability to work independently
