Rivka Development is seeking a highly driven IT Sales Executive to identify opportunities and build strong client relationships. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while driving revenue growth through technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries
Conduct prospecting activities (outreach, cold calls, LinkedIn engagement, networking)
Understand client needs and propose the right IT services/solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure, support, etc.)
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification discovery proposal negotiation closing
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and solution delivery
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and activity tracking
Build long-term client relationships to ensure renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Tech Sales, or similar
Strong understanding of technology concepts (cloud, software, networking, cybersecurity, IT services)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting revenue using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Ability to understand technical features and translate them into business value
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs
Preferred
Experience selling to the US market or enterprise clients
Previous work with MSPs, VARs, SaaS companies, or IT service providers
Technical certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA, Sales methodologies)
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
