Business Services Associate Analyst

They are seeking a Business Services Associate Analyst to engage with organizations in analyzing regulatory landscapes, delivering tax advisory services, conducting audits, and providing consulting services to government entities.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Comply team, you will actively engage with organizations to analyze and navigate complex regulatory landscapes, providing tailored compliance solutions that ensure they meet legal requirements and maintain adherence to industry regulations
Joining the Tax team means you will collaborate with financial services organizations to deliver specialized tax advisory services, helping clients optimize their tax strategies while ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations
In the Assurance team, you will be responsible for conducting independent audits and assurance services for financial institutions, playing a key role in enhancing the transparency and trustworthiness of their financial reporting
As part of the Government and Public Sector GPS team, you will provide consulting and advisory services to government entities, focusing on strategies to improve public sector performance and achieve better outcomes for citizens
In the Regulatory Compliance team, you will assist clients in comprehensively understanding and managing their regulatory obligations, ensuring they meet compliance standards across various industries and minimizing risk
By joining the Credit Services team, you will work on delivering risk management and advisory solutions to financial institutions, concentrating on credit risk assessment and developing effective mitigation strategies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Management Consulting, Organization and Management, Public Relations, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Media Sciences, Advertising, Economics, Communication, Sales, Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accountancy, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics and Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Quantitative Sciences or Industrial Engineering
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations
Excellent communication skills and strong written communication skills with business fluency in the English language
Preferred
Project management, teaming, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint) and willingness to learn firm and client specific technologies
