Administrative Assistant – Legal Department
Suna Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Legal Department. The role involves managing a shared legal inbox and coordinating incoming inquiries and requests to facilitate daily operations.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage a shared legal department inbox
Review, organize, and save incoming legal inquiries and requests into shared folders
Log inquiries and requests into a Google Sheet for tracking purposes
Assign matters to attorneys through the tracking system
Ensure attorneys can easily access their assigned workload via the shared inbox and Google Sheet
Maintain organization, accuracy, and timely distribution of information
Qualification
Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience managing shared inboxes and high email volume
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools
Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Professional communication skills
Ability to work onsite, full-time
Preferred
Previous experience working in a legal or professional office environment
