Responsibilities
Lead site identification and acquisition efforts for new data center developments
Manage due diligence, including environmental, geotechnical, and zoning assessments
Oversee permitting and entitlements at local, state, and federal levels
Coordinate utility interconnection and energy procurement strategy
Lead origination and PPA negotiations
Qualification
Required
4 - 7 years of experience utility-scale power generation and/or data center projects
Experience with data center development is required (1+ year)
Proven experience managing large-scale development projects through to NTP
Familiarity with power markets, utility interconnection, and energy contracts
Understanding of site selection criteria specific to data centers (power, fiber, water)
