VONIS SOLUTIONS is building a candidate pool of Remote Contact Center Agents to support potential FEMA disaster-response contracts. The role involves assisting disaster survivors with FEMA registrations and inquiries, providing referrals, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsibilities
Assist disaster survivors with FEMA registrations and inquiries
Follow scripted interviews and enter data while on the call
Provide referrals and support resources
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen (required — no permanent residents)
18+ years of age
Ability to pass FEMA/DHS suitability screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with data entry in Windows-based systems
Secure, private work-from-home environment
High-speed internet (25 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)
