Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive reviews and provide recommendations to enhance the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) educational program
Review and evaluate changes in laws, policies, and regulations affecting SAPR
Independently develop and present authoritative recommendations for program improvements and compliance, with minimal supervision
Create and analyze surveys to gather insights from SAPR personnel
Assist in drafting the NGB portion of the DoD Annual Report on Sexual Assault
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) to Five (5) years of related data analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in policy analysis and legislative review
Experience with DoD SAPR program requirements
Experience with survey creation software (e.g., Survey Monkey)
Experience creating data result reports
Analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
