Required

High School graduation or GED equivalent and/or equivalent experience/training and/or demonstrated skills to successfully perform the assigned duties and responsibilities
At least three (3) years of experience in a relevant role in a clinical research setting
Excellent research and investigative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Skills and abilities to comprehend and interpret scientific and medical literature for utilization in assessment of appropriate billing policy
Strong combination of analytical, technical, clinical, mathematical, financial and leadership skills, plus demonstrated excellent organizational skills and the willingness to assume responsibility readily
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with a wide diverse group of individuals
Demonstrated competence in the use of spreadsheet (Excel) and database software in financial analysis, fiscal management, clinical research administration (Oncore preferred) and financial reports

Preferred

Bachelor's degree, preferably in the finance, sciences or health related field
Experience developing MCA and study budgets within a clinical research site setting
