Responsibilities
Evaluate the overall quality and readiness of submitted deals
Provide experienced judgment on structure, clarity, and execution risk
Help improve signal for investors and sponsors
Support smoother diligence and transaction progression
Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close
Review deal submissions for investment quality, credibility, and coherence
Assess high-level asset fundamentals, structure, economics, and thesis
Evaluate sponsor preparedness and transaction execution readiness
Identify red flags, gaps, or misalignments early in the process
Provide structured, non-binding feedback to sponsors and platform stakeholders
Coordinate with analysts during diligence handoff to improve efficiency
Sourcing or originating deals
Financial modeling or underwriting
Capital raising or investor solicitation
Making investment recommendations or approvals
Eligible Deal Types Based on approval, Deal Quality Advisors may advise on:
Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)
Private equity and growth equity transactions
Operating businesses and special situations
Structured, opportunistic, or complex investments
Deal categories are approved based on demonstrated expertise and transaction experience
Success-based compensation only
Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction
Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection
Economics vary by deal size, complexity, and advisory involvement
No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality advisory contribution
Submit a Deal Quality Advisor application and professional background
Complete verification and category approval
Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
Begin advising on qualified transactions routed through the network
All engagement is platform-assigned —no cold outreach, no blind deal review, no unpaid work
Provide investment advice
Solicit or market securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
Communicate with the general public regarding offerings
All activity is limited to deal quality assessment and advisory support and must comply with applicable securities laws
