Responsibilities
Migration Execution & Coordination
Support all phases of the Workspace ONE Intune migration program, including planning, device readiness, staged rollouts, and post migration stabilization
Perform data mining and analysis from multiple sources to assess device status, ownership, compliance, and migration prerequisites
Identify exceptions and non-compliant devices, working with global teams to drive remediation aligned with DLM guidelines
Prepare BU wise device readiness reports, exception lists, and progress dashboards
Act as the bridge between global project teams, BU SPOCs, and local ETS leadership to ensure seamless execution
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of MDM concepts
Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE, Intune, or similar platforms
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android ecosystems
Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
Excellent communication skills
High ownership, agility, and willingness to work on the ground
Flexibility to work on different schedules as per business needs
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
4-8 years in IT operations, desktop support, device management, or rollout focused roles; Prior migration experience preferred
