Responsibilities
Leading the architecture, design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, SPM, ITAM, and new platform applications
Ensuring all solutions across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid environments are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with corporate architecture, governance frameworks, and security standards
Ensuring alignment with comprehensive, enterprise-level architectures that enable seamless integration of applications, data, and processes across multiple departments and business units
Ensuring the technology environment remains scalable, flexible, and resilient to support the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s (STOF) evolving business needs
Working closely with technical and business leaders to translate organizational goals and user requirements into strategic technical roadmaps and solutions
Anticipating how systems will interact and evolve over time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related subject is required or equivalent years of experience
ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CISITSM Professional, ServiceNow CIS-SPM, and ITIL certification required
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working with ServiceNow, and at least eight (8) completed implementations and deployment (ITSM, SPM, ITAM) of ServiceNow serving as subject matter expert is required
Knowledge and experience of ITIL methodologies and processes is required
Proficiency in requirement gathering and ability to translate that into use cases for the technical team is required
Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required
Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft software and strong understanding of cloud infrastructure Application Programming Interface (APIs), and data architecture
Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Preferred
Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google, Oracle, VMware etc.) are highly desirable
Prior experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams is preferred
