They are seeking a Materials Data & ERP Inventory Coordinator to safeguard inventory integrity by using Epicor to capture, validate, and improve stock data, ensuring dependable service and minimizing shipping errors.

Responsibilities

Own cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory to ERP balances
Reduce excess and handle obsolete inventory responsibly
Enter and maintain complete, accurate records in ERP/RF systems; demonstrate ERP fluency
Analyze inventory trends and provide detailed variance explanations
Recommend corrections; report discrepancies and track outcomes based on your proposals
Collaborate with the Transaction Control team and management to elevate accuracy
Meet or exceed KPIs; contribute ideas to lift output and efficiency
Apply 5S to sustain a clean, organized, quality-focused workspace
Lead with safety: follow Ohio Gratings procedures and OSHA training at all times
Tackle administrative tasks and other related duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma required
Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent time management and deadline accountability
Confident communicator with sound conflict resolution abilities
Comfort working independently under general supervision; consult your supervisor when uncertain

Preferred

Approximately 3 years of related experience preferred
Prior ERP/RF knowledge preferred; Epicor exposure is a plus
Forklift certification preferred
