Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate customer orders for regulatory purposes
Compile and analyze new customer due diligence files and manage annual updates
Facilitate communication between the compliance department, sales team, and customers
Maintain state licensure at the company level
Aid in preparation and review of federal/state/local required reporting
Assist in the review and management of product recall
Generate and update internal compliance-related documents
Facilitate internal and external audits
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the related field
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in a pharmaceutical compliance/quality position
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Knowledge of state and federal law and regulations associated with the pharmaceutical industry
Reporting and analytic experience
Ability to act as a team player through interactions with all levels of the organization
2- or 4-year degree in a related field
