National Sales Director
Medimaps Group is the world’s leading company designing and providing medical imaging software for bone health assessment. They are seeking a dynamic National Sales Director to lead and inspire their sales team while driving strategic sales across healthcare organizations. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing high-value accounts, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
Direct Sales Activities: Personally manage a select number of high-value accounts within provider organizations, driving sales and building strong customer relationships
Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop field and inside sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and client care teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
Event Participation : Represent Medimaps at regional and national trade shows and conferences to promote products and services, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about market trends
Qualification
Required
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within Enterprise / Provider Sales with SaMD
Experience in companies with 10-30 employees and under $10M in revenue is a real plus
Direct sales experience as a sales hunter with provider organizations is essential
Familiarity with radiology and imaging software is desirable
Proven experience in selling recurring revenue subscriptions to hospitals, IDNs, and specialty provider practice groups such as imaging centers, spine surgery practices, endocrinology groups, or large concierge medical practices
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in acquisition of new logos and aptitude to drive team performance using proven sales methodologies
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including attendance at regional and national trade shows and conferences, as well as occasional international travel to Switzerland
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Preferred
Experience in a start-up environment is preferred
