Miami Fine Arts Academy is Miami’s leading network of music, art, and dance schools, seeking a full-time Office Manager to join their leadership team. The role involves managing student onboarding, overseeing operations across campuses, and ensuring a positive environment for families, students, and staff.

Responsibilities
Welcome, register, and onboard new students and families
Sell and explain the school’s programs and offerings
Manage student accounts, billing questions, and support requests
Oversee teacher schedules and studio logistics
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and support front-desk operations
Lead onboarding and training for new team members
Prepare retail materials and assist with day-to-day administrative needs
Support a high-functioning, positive, and professional environment
Help maintain smooth operations across all academy locations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in a fast-paced customer-facing environment (hospitality, fitness, retail, medical office, etc.)
2+ years of customer service experience (sales preferred)
1–2 years of supervisory or management experience
Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Positive attitude and openness to feedback & growth
Not currently enrolled in college (full flexibility required)
