Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience in commercial construction
PMP certification
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience managing Commercial Construction projects in both public works and themed entertainment environments (Disney)
Strong business development background, client relationship skills, and project delivery expertise
