Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across CPE C3N and CPE IEW&S portfolios; build a balanced pipeline aligned to JANUS growth objectives
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and sustain trusted relationships with Army decision-makers, acquisition officials, and technical leaders at APG and other relevant sites
Capture & Proposals: Support capture planning, win themes, and value propositions; contribute to proposal content and reviews ensuring compliance and customer focus
Opportunity Research: Use GovWin , GovDash , FPDS , SAM.gov , and FedConnect to track programs, monitor solicitations, and inform pursuit strategies
Performance Delivery: Drive 4–6 annual contract awards , each supporting long-term positions, by executing disciplined capture and effective teaming
Brand Presence: Represent JANUS at industry days, conferences, and community events; amplify JANUS’s reputation for mission-ready solutions
Values in Action: Model JANUS’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and mission focus in all engagements
Qualification
Required
5+ years senior-level growth leadership and business development within Government industry, supporting DoD, Federal Civilian, or communications markets
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, customer-focused solutions and implement growth strategies for federal business lines
Proven success building strong executive-level relationships and influencing outcomes
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency with GovWin, GovDash, FPDS, SAM.gov, and FedConnect
Ability to travel up to 10% nationwide
Secret clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
