Enable GenAI capabilities for the Wells Fargo enterprise Development community
Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool
Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)
Build and support internal tools and applications
Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin
10+ years of software development and architecture experience
Strong Java skills is required
Preferred
1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
Strong Python experience is a plus
TypeScript is a plus
Hirable without sponsorship is a plus
