Senior Account Manager
24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic, hands-on Sales Manager to drive growth across key wholesale accounts and lead an expanding team of sales reps. The role involves managing top accounts, developing sales strategies, and mentoring a sales team to achieve growth in the swim and apparel segments.

Responsibilities
Own and manage top wholesale accounts, driving sales, sell-through, and long-term partnership growth
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the business across swim and into the broader apparel segment
Hire, manage, and mentor a team of sales reps (with a plan to add at least two additional reps in the near term)
Set clear goals, KPIs, and accountability for the sales team; monitor performance and provide regular feedback
Partner closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities and optimize assortment and distribution
Build strong relationships with internal partners to align on product, merchandising, and go-to-market plans
Continuously analyze account performance and market trends to inform growth strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in wholesale sales, key account management, or sales management within the fashion industry
Must have experience selling contemporary apparel brands
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to build and execute growth plans across categories and channels
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Preferred
Experience managing, developing, and hiring sales reps is strongly preferred
