Responsibilities
Stay current on applicable standards, systems, document control practices, departmental guides, and client policies and procedures
Apply knowledge of the client Quality Program to ensure accurate, compliant deliverables
Demonstrate strong attention to detail while supporting continuous improvement and change management initiatives
Use and expand applications and tools to evaluate and improve methods, processes, and procedures
Create and develop project deliverables based on a variety of design inputs
Perform basic computations, including material quantity estimates and dimensional checks
Coordinate deliverables with other project groups to minimize errors and interferences
Support internal client needs while developing an understanding of external client priorities and drivers
Proactively seek out, share, and apply knowledge of new technologies and evolving process
Qualification
Required
Intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Development of plan & profile deliverables using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation
Basic Civil 3D experience with knowledge of alignments, plan/profile, and sections
Typically, a minimum of 2 years related work experience
Preferred
Diploma or Certificate required
Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred
