Responsibilities
Execute the sustainment of Shop Floor Manager (SFM)
Support the execution of the next generation of Manufacturing Systems
Investigate and gather information concerning the technical capabilities of production operations systems
Stay abreast of developments in software that may be used to improve existing fabrication and assembly processes
Analyze customer problems
Create solutions to Service Central tickets
Participate in AERO MES Program Increment Planning cycles
Maintain critical test scripts within HP Quality Center
Interact with senior personnel and management on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between functions and other Lockheed Martin business areas
Qualification
Required
Customer Service Experience
Exposure to technical requirements generation
Preferred
Degree (STEM Preferred)
Manufacturing Execution System experience
Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Experience with software configuration, and execution to include but not limited to
Experience documenting business processes
Experience documenting training requirements
Providing end user training and support
Authoring requirements specifications
Defect management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
